Shipping & Returns Policy:

Shipping:

I aim to get your order to the post office within 7 days of when the order is placed. I ship using USPS Priority Mail, which estimates a 1-3 day delivery time. This delivery time is estimated, but not guaranteed. I will provide you with a tracking number when the artwork has been given to the USPS. 

 If you require faster delivery, please email me at melissacooperfineart@gmail.com as soon as you place your order so that I may try to accommodate your needs.

Currently, I only ship within the US. If you are interested in ordering a piece and having it shipped internationally, please email me at melissacooperfineart@gmail.com with the details and I will get back to you as soon as possible

Receiving your Artwork:

Please be very careful when unpacking your artwork, especially if using a sharp object to cut into the packaging. If you have ordered a work on paper, also make sure to not fold the artwork. Be sure to retain all packaging in case you are unhappy with your purchase.

If your box appears to be damaged upon arrival, please take photos of the damage before opening. If the artwork has incurred any damage as well, please email me at melissacooperfineart@gmail.com as soon as possible. Make sure you do this within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns:

If you are not satisfied with the artwork, you have 7 days from receipt of the artwork to return it in its original package. After 7 days have passed, I am unable to offer returns or exchanges. 

To be eligible for the refund, the item must be returned in its original condition. A refund will not be given if any damage has occurred to the artwork during the return shipment. Please be extremely careful when opening your package so that no damage occurs to the artwork, and so that the shipping supplies may be re-used if necessary.

Sale items are not eligible for returns.  

Returns can be a hassle, so please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. Take note of the size listed. Also, take note of whether or not the artwork comes framed. Typically, it does not. 

 

Return Process:

If, within 7 days of receiving your artwork, you are unsatisfied with your order, you must first email melissacooperfineart@gmail.com with your order information and reason for wanting to make the return.

After I have responded to your email and confirmed the return, you must safely re-pack the artwork in a similar fashion to the way you received it. If you have disposed of the original packing materials, you are responsible for purchasing similar materials that will safely and securely protect the artwork. 

You have 5 days from the day you contacted me to ship the artwork back. Do not ship the artwork back without contacting me first. 

When you ship the artwork, you must use a tracking service, and provide me with the tracking number. 

Once I have received the returned item, and it has remained in its original condition, I will start processing the return. The amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping costs). 

If any damage has occurred to the artwork caused by improper packing, you will not be refunded.
